Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and VermilionFlux Tech Limited (“WP TopR”, “we”, “us”), the operator of wptopr.com and publisher of the WP TopR WordPress plugin (the “Service”). By downloading the plugin, purchasing a paid plan or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WP TopR is a search-engine-optimization plugin for WordPress, offered in a free version and in paid plans (“Pro” and “Business”) that unlock additional features such as AI content analysis, rank tracking and advanced schema. Feature lists shown on wptopr.com describe the current release and may evolve over time.

Paid plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period of one month or one year. Plans do not auto-renew and we never charge you automatically: when a plan expires, you may renew it manually at the then-current price. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD); payments are collected in Nigerian Naira (NGN) by bank transfer to a virtual account, at the conversion rate displayed at checkout, through our payment processor TaroPay. The exact NGN amount you will be charged is always shown before you pay.

To process a purchase we require a valid email address and a Nigerian mobile number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit; your email address is the reference for your order and support requests.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the WP TopR plugin on websites you own or manage — on the number of sites permitted by your plan (Free and Pro: a single site per activation; Business: up to 25 sites). You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin or remove proprietary notices; you may not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload our systems.

The plugin, the wptopr.com website, and all related logos, designs and content are owned by VermilionFlux Tech Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Every paid plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to paid features if you materially breach these Terms (for example, license abuse or fraudulent payment), after notifying you at the email on your order where practicable. Sections 5, 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee any particular search-engine ranking, traffic level or business outcome. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VermilionFlux Tech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VermilionFlux Tech Limited is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

The Service is not offered in, and you may not access, download or use it from or on behalf of, any country, territory or region that is subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes — including those administered by the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom or the European Union. We also do not provide the Service to any person or entity that appears on a relevant restricted-party, denied-party or sanctions list. By downloading the plugin or purchasing a plan, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of such a sanctioned region, and that you are not otherwise subject to these restrictions. We may decline, suspend or cancel any order or access that we reasonably believe would breach applicable sanctions or export-control laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
