Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VermilionFlux Tech Limited (“WP TopR”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through wptopr.com. It applies to the website and the purchase flow; the WP TopR plugin runs on your own WordPress site and does not send your site’s content to us.

We collect only what we need to operate the Service:

• Order details you provide — your email address and Nigerian mobile number, entered at checkout.
• Payment records — the plan you purchased, the USD price, the NGN amount charged, the amount actually received, and the payment status reported by our payment processor. We never see or store your bank credentials or card details.
• Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

• To create and fulfil your order, and to show you its payment status.
• To provide support and handle refund requests tied to your email address.
• To meet bookkeeping, anti-fraud and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Payments are processed by TaroPay, a third-party payment gateway. When you pay, you do so on TaroPay’s secure payment page; TaroPay notifies us only of the order reference, amounts and payment outcome. Your banking details stay with TaroPay and your bank.

The public website works without tracking cookies. A single strictly-necessary session cookie is used only for administrator sign-in to our order dashboard; it is not used to track visitors.

We share data only with the processors that run the Service:

• TaroPay — payment collection (receives order reference, amount, email, mobile).
• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
• Neon — managed database where order records are stored.

Each processor handles data under its own security and privacy commitments.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for support, refunds and legal/bookkeeping duties. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it (subject to records we must keep by law), by emailing support@wptopr.com. We respond within 30 days.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in access-controlled infrastructure, and payment callbacks are cryptographically verified before we act on them. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold to the minimum necessary.

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
